1/1 in a 55 and over community. Needs some TLC. Located in Clearview Oaks in Kenneth City - reduced to $18,000!!!!! When is the last time you could buy a condo for under $20,000?

Just did some searches for a client of mine and stumbled upon this unbelievable deal. New gulf front condo, 3400 sq ft, 4/3, sw corner unit. Purchased for $1,6 Million dollar a few years back. Now on the market as a pre-foreclosure for $990,000!!!! It is truly a buyers market. There are deals out there for everyone and every price range.

Deals like that don't last long anymore. Within a few days, the seller already has received multiple offers.

So, if you are thinking about "stealing" one of those incredible deals - don't wait too long.

Price Reduction

My listing on 5400 Park St just got a price reduction. From 181,000$ to 159,000$!!!! This is an immaculate 2/2 corner unit with 2 balconies, community has no age restriction, pets ok, ok to lease, clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, unit has been updated from the kitchen to the bathrooms including the plumbing. Great buy for a 2/2 with over 1300 sq ft, located 6 minutes to the beach. You can walk to restaurants, shopping etc.!
